Delete your qurio account

Delete inside the app

Open qurio, then go to Account, Profile, Danger zone, and Delete account. The app asks for confirmation before permanently deleting your account.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot access the app, email dr.lalitdhakar@gmail.com from the email address on your qurio account and ask for account deletion. We will verify ownership before deleting the account.

Request partial data deletion

You can request deletion of some data without deleting your account. Email dr.lalitdhakar@gmail.com from the email address on your qurio account and describe the data you want removed, such as quiz progress, bookmarks, resume sessions, rewards, or device records.

What is deleted

Account profile, quiz progress, bookmarks, resume sessions, rewards, signed-in device records, and app-specific entitlement rows are deleted.

What may remain

Store transaction records remain with Apple or Google Play for tax, fraud prevention, refund, and legal compliance. Deleting a qurio account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel subscriptions in App Store settings or Google Play. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
