What we collect

Email address, full name, education, exam preparation focus, optional date of birth and MBBS college, your quiz attempts, bookmarks, rewards, active devices, and in-app purchase records. We do not collect facial images, contacts, location, or health data.

Why we collect it

To run your account, sync your progress across your devices (maximum 2), grant access to paid content, and send transactional notifications related to your account or subscription.

Who we share it with

Supabase hosts authentication, database and storage. Apple processes in-app purchases on iOS and shares purchase receipts with us solely so we can grant access to paid content. Google processes in-app purchases on Android. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your data with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, progress, sessions, devices, and rewards. Subscription cancellation is handled in App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play (Android); cancelling does not delete your account.

Your rights

You can edit your profile, sign out specific devices, or delete your account from the Account screen in the qurio app. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page.

Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your qurio account and associated app data at any time. The request can be made in the app from Account, Profile, Danger zone, Delete account, or from the web at the account deletion page.

You can also request deletion of some data without deleting your account, such as quiz progress, bookmarks, resume sessions, rewards, or device records. Email dr.lalitdhakar@gmail.com from the email address on your qurio account and describe what data you want removed.

Deleted app data includes account profile information, quiz progress, bookmarks, resume sessions, rewards, signed-in device records, and app-specific entitlement rows where applicable. Store transaction records may remain with Apple or Google Play, and limited records may be kept when needed for tax, fraud prevention, refund handling, security, or legal compliance. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Children

qurio is intended for medical students and qualified medical professionals preparing for postgraduate examinations. It is not directed at children under 13.
